Stay and policies
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry a charge.
Do children stay free?
Yes. Children below seven years stay complimentary.
What do I need to show at check-in?
Every guest needs a valid government-issued photo ID. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
How much advance payment is required?
Bookings require 100% advance payment.
Which cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, RuPay, and Diners Club. American Express is not accepted.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, Vanaashrya is pet-friendly. Pets are welcome in designated areas and must be supervised.
Can visitors come to my room?
Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and every visitor registers at reception with a valid ID.
Is there accommodation for drivers?
No. The resort does not offer driver accommodation.
Rooms
How many rooms does the resort have?
Vanaashrya has 33 rooms across four types: 21 Luxury Cottages, seven Luxury Villas, four Luxury Suites, and one Private Kothi. See the rooms.
Is a television available in the room?
No. Television is not a part of our amenities.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is complimentary.
Can I get an extra bed?
Yes. An extra mattress is available at an additional cost.
Dining
Where can I eat at the resort?
Basil, our multi-cuisine restaurant with authentic Rajasthani specialities, opens at 7:00 AM. Cloud 9, our vintage-inspired bar, opens at 11:00 AM. See dining.
What are the buffet timings at Basil?
Breakfast is from 8:00 to 10:30 AM, lunch from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 8:00 to 10:30 PM.
Is alcohol served?
Yes, at both Basil and Cloud 9.
Spa and facilities
Are spa services available?
Yes. Vanasutra Spa offers a range of traditional and modern therapies, massages, and steam, and opens at 9:00 AM. Its signature treatment is the Soulspring Signature Massage. See the spa.
Does the spa have a steam room and a jacuzzi?
Yes, it has both. There is no sauna.
Does the resort have a swimming pool?
Yes. The resort has a swimming pool.
Is there a gym?
Yes. The resort has a fitness centre.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is complimentary, and EV charging is available.
Is there a play area for children?
Yes. There is a kids’ play area, along with indoor and outdoor games.
Is a doctor available?
Yes. A doctor is on call, and a first aid kit is kept on site.
Do you offer laundry?
Yes. Laundry service is available at a charge.
Is the front desk open around the clock?
Yes. The front desk is open 24 hours.
Experiences and the area
Which is the nearest gate for the safari, and how far is it?
Tehla Gate, which opens onto Zone 4 of the Sariska Tiger Reserve, is about 6 km from the resort, around 10 minutes by road.
What recreational activities are available?
Cycling, outdoor games, and indoor games such as table tennis, carrom, and board games. Camel rides are available at an additional charge.
What experiences does the resort offer?

The best time to visit Sariska is from October to March, when the weather is pleasant and wildlife sightings are more comfortable.
How do I reach the resort?

Can I host a wedding at Vanaashrya?
Yes. Lawn 01, 6,500 sq ft with a garden view, holds up to 150 guests, and Lawn 02, 7,000 sq ft beside the pool, holds up to 200. See weddings.
